The perfect (wood) house for dealing with this guy: -Hovers at least 6 blocks off the ground (or just outside of whatever his reach is) -Has no supports or pillars, it floats in the air -Has multiple large holes in the floor in case he somehow does get in -Has a pool of water in the ground below the entrance/exit so the player can fall from a great height every morning with no damage, but has solid blocks as well so that the player can build an ascent pillar every night to get in, before destroying the pillar behind them. That's all I can think of, anyone else got ideas?

This reminds me of Gigeresque mod. The Xenomorph does something like that, breaking blocks. It's nice to see that some creatures of threatening appearance actually have the ability they are suspected to possess, aka break blocks. Though I wouldn't say they are the first one to come up with that.

Chief, its best to make things out of stones. The outer can be 2 trapdoor type of trap and below your house, you can add water for second escape plan with boats

Make a pit under your house and make the bridges out of trapdoors. If you add a double door mod, you can close the trap doors in an instant. Another thing you can do is make stone walls around your base and put slabs in your base to prevent foes lookin for toes from spawning.
