This was one of the most epic and funniest episode of them all but man I thought for a second there was showcasing more of roserush being the zoom of this series and suddenly later on leading to hints of a reverse flash or in this case a reverse speed burst or some other name showing up to be speed burst’s worst enemy but yea awesome work especially with the animated fights with rose and dr. Vegetable

It seems more like black flash he has a black outfit and red lightning and is the grim reaper of speedsters similar to how he hunted down rose rush he hunted down reverse flash so I think it is black flash

An excellent question! In some instances, the story itself changes to support the decision, but most of the time there are plans in place to prevent something that drastic from happening
