I really like the idea at 1:38, would be cool if this would be a mod or vanilla. Where a slime can be different mobs when it "ate" it. Acting like a second barrier for the eaten mob. Kinda disappointing that in the game, small slimes can't become bigger ones to multiply. Edit: Thinking harder about it.. it would be cool if slimes acts like a challenge for normal mobs for the player. Slimes only spawn in the swamp of slime chunks which you rarely see, so if slimes would be able to overtake nearby hostile mobs and make them more challeging like the spider explodes if covered in slime. Would make it a cool mod idea or be in vanilla (unlikely). Anyways! Amazing song, DanBull! I really love the Slime Shady Song.

In most media slimes are generally immune to slicing attacks like from a sword cause they eitherreform around the blade or split into more slimes. Blunt hits are far more effective.

Honestly, I'd like to point out that every slime I ever encountered was on the surface. Specifically, swamps have a higher spawn rate, but even just wide open spaces like the flat world will spawn them. You also don't need darkness to spawn slimes as they can spawn during any time of day even during the day. I believe the main reason you rarely ever see slimes in the mines is because of the same reason you see slimes commonly on flat worlds... it requires open space, a lot of it. This is also why slimes *can* spawn in the mines, but only if you make enough of an open area, so really only artificially in the mines.

Minecraft should make it so that slimes grow over time, until it reaches full size, and depending on its size it can consume different sized mobs and become them and when that slime version of a mob dies, it turns into a big slime, also if you drop an item on the slime, it should stick to the slime, and slimeballs increases its size. Minecraft slimes are a disapointment. This was rly cool
