1) you completely missed the abandoned shipwreck in the middle of the village. you can use both the iron and the map that spawns for iron, plus theres a good chance for a diamond pick. the big thing from this is actually in the buried treasure, because tnt would speed up the block breaking process. 2) couldnt you just let the iron drop down from the top level, soak up some water, and use a water pathway to a hopper? I feel like that would save you 30 iron in the process. 3) you could have used creepers for getting blocks. if you struggle with that there was a very good chance that there was a flint and steel in the ruined portal chest. 4) your into and outro are quiet but this is about the speedrun baby, nice job

I don't if you're still playing this but if you are, use Ianxofour's day one iron farm design. You'll easily destroy this run
