It's Created By 3 Wither Skulls And Soul Sand+Command Block.
When Created, The Wither Storm Will Pick Up Blocks And Eat It, It Will Become Bigger And Bigger Until It's Going To Destroy The World,
Phase 4 Has 3 Heads With 3 Tractor Beams That Can Pick Up Mobs And Players And It Has 5-8 Tentacles That Can Attack Players And Destroy Whole Buildings.
In Phase 5 There Are 2 Extra Large Tentacles The Wither Storm Also Can Use To Destroy Things, And The Back Of The Wither Storm Also Grows,

I think the whiter storm needs to eat mobs I know it can but the tractor beam doesn't stand where the mob is being abducted I think you would fix that beacuse the heads a re going crazy

Its hard to make a bedrock addon Take java for example, you can make urself get absorbed only when ur being in the tractor beam Bedrock on the other hand, it has to use “raycasting” which fires an invisible beam (from the head that is inside tractor beam) and if it hits, things around it are pulled it. It doesnt work the best and it probably never will unless they improve it so much.

The Decayed Reality is the most well coded addon for MCPE/MCBE, this is better than any other chinese mcsm addons.

that would be somthing called "Cracker's Witherstorm Mod" and also, the decayed team made this mod because the original creator of crackers wither storm mod (nonamecrackers) didnt have time for a bedrock version, the decayed team did however and made this mod and added some extra stuff and also, Lucas isn't part of the decayed team, neither am I. We can't make a 1:1 decayed reality for java. And there will probably never be a version like this for java since the modding capabilites of mods and stuff are different from bedrock and java and if nonamecrackers is busy working on "crackers wither storm mod evolution" theres no way decayed reality and his mod could be the same.
