What is the purpose of the job blocks and the redstone timer flashing the zombie? Does this somehow improve rates? Neither are needed for the farm to work.

Nice design Ken, I always like how you make (existing) builds your own style. I've learned a lot from you, thank you very much for the wonderful tutorials that you make (I'm 47 and love Minecraft, but I kind of suck at it 😅). As for your question: I hope you feel better now. In case anyone wonders, you can replace dropper with dispenser if you'd like. If you dont have slimeballs and have no swamps near you, you can wait for a wandering trader to come along, one of their trades is slimeballs for 4 emeralds. Nametags can be accuired from dungeons or a master level librarian for 20 emeralds, you can also make a zombie not despawn by dropping it an item and making sure the zombie picks it up.

In my hardcore survival I just made a big house on the coast where I was breeding villagers, very much villagers. When golems started to spawn on the roof I thought hey it could be turned into an iron farm. So I put fences on the roof and carpets all around the house to make iron golems spawn only where I need them to spawn. So I got 4 lava traps on the roof, they basically spawn and die. Carpets must be also inside of the house so the golems dont spawn inside.

I agree. I enjoy your commentary. I built a version of your Vertical Crop Farm with a few of my own tweaks. It works great on realms and is really beautiful, despite it's height near several shallow builds. It really cuts down on the time needed to gather crops.

There is anything so the farm is more productive? I have done another "tower" (not completly only the part where de villigers are. Like a fork with two teeth) Does that work as an incriment of productivity? (Sorry for my english i'm not native although i did not use google traslator)

Ever since I added the top layer with the water and lava, iron golems have stopped spawning entirely. Any idea why this may be? They were spawning perfectly fine in the villager pen even while building.

I just built the whole thing and never had a golem spawn once. Doesn't look like it works
