The year is 2023, 9 years later and im 23. it's a couple days before halloween and I randomly got a memory of this series and it hits just as hard as ever. Captain is truly a pioneer in the KZbin game and is the original blueprint on how to hook an audience and keep them coming back. All his OG series will always have a special place in my here, a huge part of my childhood as I used it as an escape. Thank you Jordan, these were the days.

This series was what got me through my childhood and into mods in general. I remember coming home from middle school and immediately checking to see if he uploaded an episode of this series. I hope one day, he will do another like it. This series is huge to me.

I was in sixth grade when this series first came out. I used to come home from school and immediately check my KZbin subscriptions for the next episode. I didn't have a worry in the world. I am now entering my last year of college. I have lots of worries and responsibilities but rewatching this series reminds me a of happier time. I was 12 when this series came out and now I'm 20. CaptainSparklez made my childhood. Long live the king.

It seems a lot longer than 4-5 years ago since I first watched this series and subsequently got started playing modded minecraft which absorbed my time for a while :) After a few years hiatus from playing Minecraft, I just built a new PC and felt the itch to revisit my UMS world. After a bit of digging I finally figured out how to load it up without the old Technic launcher and it brings back memories of the good times I had with it.
