Was just trying to find a way to setup a velocity server and I think i have found the way so will try once my exams end

I do recommend docker for this as you can just have a single file to run and in configs instead of putting in ips and ports you can do survival:25565 for example in the velocity config (survival being the name of whatever service)

No you need to have a computer, i recommend windows because you need to use 50% of your brain to run something on linux
