Yeah, I wish the others took the roleplaying just a little bit more seriously. I could be wrong, but I think in their previous popular series (Tekkit, Moon Quest, etc.) they only had rough story outlines and some minor scripted elements, but here it's mostly story elements and fewer scenes of them being just themselves. I think this is what is causing this "erratic behavior". (And why people are always nostalgic about the old series.) I mean I love this one too, but if they play it by script I would enjoy some "better acting", because this way it almost feels like they would do "anything else, but this! Just let's get this over with.", and that attitude also makes _me_ ask "why should I care then?" I think most people would just rather watch them do what they too enjoy.

AnDay5zlebt What I meant under better roleplay is better immersion. When I roleplay in a tabletop game I mean I talk in character, act as if I'm part of the world, not an outside observer. I don't mind _bad acting_ - I'm not a good actor either, and cheesy acting is almost what I expect from the Yogscast :) - I just want them to have a clue of what is going on. Because currently it seems like a separate team(s) builds the assets and writes the plot and they play it almost blind, like any other old adventure map, which is fine, but maybe the rest of team should know a bit more as to what's going on and what they should do, other than Lewis (it seems).

The Dude It IS scripted. That is the point men. There is almost nothing that feels natural or spontaneus anymore. Again its like a school trip where the kids are forced to do stuff nobody likes or cares about. And the problem is, it didnt start that way. Its for a few episodes that it is suffocated in that "story" and feels really bad, faky and pushed. And the "setting up" seems to be endless text being pasted through "NPCs. If the guys behind are so keen, they should publish a book. Would need a lot snappier Dialogs though. Why people with a different opinion then yours should "watch something else" isnt even worth answering.
