The Minecreter shotcrete pump has been designed for efficient spraying of concrete with poly prop fibre. The machine also boasts a one of a kind self-unblocking system for easy removal of the rotor and stator system during cleaning or spares replacement procedures.
Mixer Drive Specs: Helical bevel gearbox and electric motor. Pump Drive: Planetary gearbox, Electric motor and a 4000 L per hour rotor and stator with built in clamping jacket.
Electrical System: The electrical system consists of an electrical box containing duel stop/start switches with limit switches and overloads for safety purposes.
Mobility: Removable mixer, rotor and stator to reduce weight. Double shaft with wheels positioned in optimal area for balance so that the machine can be moved by hand with ease.

@Bobby White With a comment like that, ignorance isn't an excuse. Doing dryshot in pool construction is hardly considered extensive shotcrete experience. When you have gone through solid structural shotcrete for tunnel excavation support, slope stabilization, shotcrete for Dams, Bridges, Buildings, etc. can you then call your self an experienced shotcreter. If you google search "wet shotcrete machine" and look at images you will quickly find out that not only is the Minecreter superior to all other wetshot machines of its class in the world, that it is also the first of its kind to be efficiently designed for ease of movement, use and simple less then 10 minute disassembly/reassembly access to replace any of the 3 wearable parts with spares on the machine making maintenance a very fast and simple task, that won't hold up the job while maintaining project deadlines. Operating at a working range of between 1200 and 1800 newton meters of torque, the machine is designed to maintain high levels of performance under continuous load over long durations in the harshest of deep level mining conditions.

Hi nanofree01, we manufacture a smaller liner application pump, but its designed for the application of Thin Sprayed Liner technology and runs on a peristaltic pump system. May I ask what you application is and under what conditions you need to deliver your sprayed application? If we cant help you at least I can point you in the right direction to achieve your required result.

LOL, The guys in the vid are unfortunately not seasoned applicators. They are technicians from the assembly line and we used them for the demo vid as all teams are are constantly out at the many mines we supply. This vid was intended as a demo on machine capability. Due to the heavily fluctuating import market pushing up prices on almost everything. I dont feel comfortable quoting a price online. Email me and I will send you a quotation that is valiud for one month after date of issue. The Minecreter costs less than most other machines of its class on the market. When I say class its an understatement, There is no other wetcrete machine on the market that has the same torque and design making it suitable for the harsh and rough conditions of deep level mining.

Unfortunately no, it is manufactured by us "Altecrete" here in South Africa and is the only one of its kind. How ever the machines parts are common enough that replacement parts can be sourced easily enough in most countries across the globe. The machine in this video is the old version. It has gone through new upgrades and now has a added water dosing unit that can be set with pre measured amount, ensuring a 100% accurate mix of 99kg of material consistently within 80 seconds. It has added high powered protected LED lighting: Adjustable 3 x Lights on the front at 6000 lumens each totaling 18000 lumens to light up the tunnel/excavation/work face/area. The receiving bin and mixing hopper both have a 700 lumen LED light to ensure high visibility at the machine during operation in no light areas. The top drive gearbox operational specs is 1200 nm of torque with the current motor configuration we are applying 57 nm of torque to the top drive train which handles the initial mixing of the concrete in the mixing hopper for 80 seconds before being dropped into the receiving bin and pumped out. The bottom drive gearbox operational specs is 1800 nm of torque with the current motor configuration we are applying 867 nm of torque to the bottom drive train, which pushes material from the pump down the hose and can pump concrete vertically 45m under normal operation and up to 65m under stressed operation. (Stressed operation is not recommended for prolonged periods of time)

Stucco? You clearly have far less experience than you claim. To make a statement saying its childs play is you literally being a troll. Try backing up your troll comment with a comparison to an existing machine of the same caliber for manual spray wetcrete applications with the same output, mobility, ease of use and price. The Minecreter is used by most of the GOLD and PGM Mines in South Africa, including Mines in Peru to apply wetcrete rapidly with ease in mining tunnel excavations as the rock is pulled out then wetcrete lined as a rapid curing secondary support. It does two cubes per hour and only uses air for spray at the nozzle like most wetcrete machines. Using our Minecrete S³ shotcrete hybrid material it has a rebound rate of less than 4.6% and because of the very high bond, shear, bond shear, tensile, etc mechanical strengths is applied at half the thickness while still out performing 40mpa shotcrete at double the thickness. Reducing application time, labour costs, material transport costs and increasing mine production output. We have other machines for larger output and we also provide volumetric robotic spray rigs for mechanised mines where even larger based wetcrete volumes are required. You more than likely got your experience from dryshot in swimming pool construction and the like. Which by the way is considered childs play by those in the Mining, Industrial and Structural Civils sector.
