I would add a personal recommendation, if you don't really have a fit body (my case) I would recommend even 2 more sizes on player versions compared to fan version hahahaha. I ordered just one bigger and it's tight

If you buy from player version I think yes. I am 175cm and I am really slim, I even buy S sometimes. Depending on how slim you are, for 178 M or L. You should also check, there is a table with sizes on the website
