Ming-Na Wen is beautiful. She looks like Mulan. My favorite movie since I was little and part two is awesome and I love Mulan and Sheng are married. Ming-Na Wen is a good Chinese actress. She is the best woman who plays Mulan.

🥰Maybe that is why Ming-Na Wen was picked to perform Fa Mulan's voice. She is known to be very expressive with facial expressions in many of her live-acting credits, which probably gave the film's animators a good idea on how to draw and animate Mulan's face. January 3, 2024, 1:19am

I think it is better to have the regular speaking actor also do the singing parts because...it feels more organic and natural that way, to not rely on another person who is more gifted and talented at singing to do it for you. But we should leave Mulan's casting department to make their own decisions for who gets to sing for who. I am just saying, I would not do that if I was making an animated film with singing in it.
