It's so hopeless for everything that happened to us from injuries to people complaining that they wouldn't let us live when I dug up about 1m5 so all my hard work went down the drain.

My advice is to always communicate and do a good solid reach, see if you have any papers to see the property land title and get a gov people to mark the land for future planning and for the next generation to plan ahead. Doing this will give a good feeling of peace to you and your neighbor. So do not delay on this go check if you have papers and do it.

Hello beautiful family! Don’t get discouraged. I had farm country years ago. A new owner bought the land behind me. He thought that the property line was on an old fence line. He post no trespassing signs on my land, facing my property, on my property. Mistakes happen. Where I live now, our neighbors had 10 feet fenced on their side that we were unaware of and they knew. We had it appraised because I didn’t trust their word. Please make sure you know where you property line is and don’t take that gentlemen’s word. Get your family involved for guidance. Good luck!

It would have been better if you asked your landlord or the land owner next door if you can expand the farm so you can build a proper house and bigger garden. If you plan to look for another place...please be sure to stay within the property line otherwise you will be going through the same thing again. Your place is really nice with the improvements you made...one thing i don't like is the pond is bigger than the garden which you can plant some vegrtables and fruit bearing trees ...you don't need a big pond for your ducks...so i suggest if you can find a better place sell this land where you are now and buy a land which is better.....for now stop doing anything to improve your place think wisely with your wife before you do anything stop your construction relax have your feet heal and take your time

Minh I think you need to get a excavator and level the land and dump some of the pond you don't need such a big pond that will give you more space in front of the house. Sorry you had to fine out about the property line after all that work. 😢😢Maybe you should fine out for yourself where the property line is. You both work so hard. STOP, GET A RECORD OF THE PROPERTY LINE, REST YOUR FOOT UNTIL IT HEALS. YOU ARE HURTING IT WORSE. DID YOU HAVE A DOCTOE CHECK IT? Maybe you have a broken bone. Your leg does not look good at all. Please take care of it or you could end up with very big problems I also love your pond but it takes up a lot of room just for ducks. Where you had a garden on the side of the pond….is that your land? If it is, you could hire a cat to push some of that dirt down to shorten the pond so you have more room in front of your house. Also it would level that hillside so it’s of more use to you.

The easier way to get the dirt up if you have a bag or a cover just pall the dirt on that and then drag dirt to the spot instead of throwing a scoop of dirt with the shovel

I think it would be better to move to another piece of land where you can expand your farm with your animals and family and not worry about land owners or property lines or having builders come and cut down trees. You and your wife put alot of hard work into your farm and you should be proud of it. Sometimes it's ok to have a fresh start. Think of it as a reboot.

How disappointing for you both on expanding your house. Wherever your decided to build your home it is going to be just right for the three of you. BTW did you ever try just peeling all the meat of the bones after it's cooked instead of chopping it this way you will not have to be bother with all those little pieces of bones while eating the chicken.
