Quick check, It does not appear that this game is developed by the same studio as mini-motor ways. mini motorways is developed by Dinosaur Polo Club, this is by CCC Games. Maybe you found different information than I did though

They are definitely going to get a cease & desist, if they haven't already, for trademark infringement. Pretty blatant abuse of the goodwill from Mini Metro & Mini Motorways, causing customer confusion.
