thanks you for the video but why you need 14 Fr suction catheter you can simply just insert 10 Fr directly to get the secretion ?

Thanks for noticing... with a single catheter, there is a strong possibility of getting colonizers sticking to the inner sude of the ET tube...with 10 F inside the 14F, we can bypass the ET tube colonizers

Thanks for noticing...for MiniBAL one needs respiratory protection , there is no need of surgical gown, cap and mask with gloves will suffice.
