Cuando se aspiren secreciones se deben de utilizar zondas de diámetro menor y que las sondas no estén duras.para evitar sangrados de los broquios espasmos ,taquicardias , neumotórax,y evitar ateletacias con los pero y evitar traumatismos psicológicos cuando el paciente ya está consciente y realizar y buen lavado broquial con soluciones y al mismo tiempo realizar suspiros con el Anbu ya que hoy en día los nuevos ventiladores no tienen suspiros ojo casi cuando los ventiladores están sonando las alarmas Eslo usual que hay mucha resistencia porque no se aspirado las secreciones de los pacientes esto es más usual por las noches ya que el personal enfermería o de Inhaloterapista es menor y de noche el trabajo es más pesado.
