mini cooper update freshly done head damaged

We had the machine shop put in a new seat and 2 valves they tested and skimmed the head and also cleaned it so we thought. When I fitted the new valve stem oil seals I give the head a quick blow off and clean with brake clean so then I thought it was ready to put on so it's possibly my fault for not blowing out the oil passageways but at the same time the machine shop should of give it a once over or even tell me to give it a once over with the air line but got nothing from him. when we picked up the head I was so impressed with the way it was cleaned up and I told the guy I was impressed and he said they clean every part that leaves the shop but now he explained on the phone we need to pay for a clean amazing 👏 what a guy and because we lost the receipt we can't prove that it's had a clean. But going forward I'm happy to note the block has no metal in it I also cut the filter open to check and nothing so we were so happy that this could be saved and our wallets wernt taking a even bigger hit so now its just a case of getting it back together and for it to be running perfect.
