It CAN be sharpened. or you can depot it as well and put it in a different container.. just pull off the bottom end push it out with something, clean pen or pencil will work.

It's funny that you say that about the wipes. I have found that to be true of most wipes burning and stuff. Try Garnier sensitive ones. They're the best.
