Very nice trail! I would maybe smash the lower bank down with the bucket and take some native grass seed in to help with erosion

Very interesting, my land is on the side of a mountain, so it's not easy to get around by ATV. I would love to be able to make trails like yours but, when I dig into the ground, what may seem like a small stone is sometimes surprising, because what was apparent is only the tip of the iceberg. A rock that protrudes just 6 to 8 inches can actually turn out to be a rock over 3 feet in diameter.

Funny. I have 67K miles using 2-wheel street legal dirt motorcycles. On dirt through temperate rain forest into sub-alpine mountains. My practice area is found in KZbin as VEDDER MOUNTAIN. Open year around, free, with volunteer groomed routes. Rides specific for 4x4, mountain bicycles, and motorcycles. I recommend watching the wet and winter freezing ride conditions from a safe sofa.

I am president of a local mtb group that is looking to build 40 new miles of trail and we've been given the green light by the forest service to train and go through the steps to be able to cut them ourselves vs. paying $400k to a company to hopefully hit our mark to make the new trail plan a reality.
