Mini Excavator - Track Repair

Hey Everyone!
We set out to fix the track sprockets and rollers on the little O&K RH 1.17 Mini excavator. (Same undercarrige as some Schaff, Terex and others)
And as a bonus, i also found out how to operate one of these! (Sort of?)

With what you said at the end you're right, lifting one end with the bucket and slewing it is much easier on the tracks but it was a good test doing it just using the tracks.

The left drive motor is loose on the chassis,you can see it jiggling.

while you at it chainge the oil in final drive

You should’ve preheated the sprocket. The cast needs the extra heat to accept the weld. Also you should’ve serviced the drive motors with fresh oil.
