Regarding the wooden spoons, if you use your ball stylus on the head of the spoon in a circular motion, it will compress the wood and give you a smooth indentation and make it more authentic-looking. I also sand the outer rim of the spoon to taper it to a narrow edge. (Can you tell I like spoons?)

Everything looks so good. And real.👍🏼 They did have Enamel ware in this time frame in the US. So you could make some white with little blue or black edges. Just a thought. Thanks another great Tutorial.🌹

I wish we lived close to each other and we could start a miniature crafting club. Wouldn’t it be fun or you could teach a class at the YWCA. When my husband and I got married and within the first year I had our baby girl and we started looking for a house to move into and out of the apartment. Finally we got one and I wanted him to bond with his daughter so I went to a oil painting class at the YMCA and it really did us all so much good. I don’t know if they still do that but I bet they do. He was actually closer to his daughter than his son which is very sad. Your miniatures are adorable!

We woke up in England to snow this morning so your video drop has made it the perfect start to the day! Those cutting boards are fantastic! Someone gave me a pack of militia coloured match sticks that I’ve never found a use for so I’m going to try making rainbow 🌈 cutting mats. They are not quite right for my dolls house aesthetic but hopefully when sanded back and distressed they will look good. I’ll send you a picture if they look ok 😂 I’ve got my monthly dolls house group tonight so I’ll share this video with the other members as I know they will love your channel too. thank you as always for the inspiring videos of something fabulous made from nothing much. I’m having trouble finding a metal foil cutter, they tend to be plastic ( and rubbishly ineffective) here in uk. Sending warmest wishes for your surgery and speedy recovery.❤xx

Hello Wendy!! ☺️ Using matchsticks for cutting board sounds perfect let me know how it goes! And yes if you sign it and distress it a little bit it should work out really well! Yes definitely send me a picture via email! How kind of you to share my channel with your Miniatures group I hope they enjoy it! And I use any old scissors to cut my aluminum foil pans or electrical scissors. Hope you find something that works well! 🙂💖💖💖

Hi Gretchen, i love your ideas. When i make depressions for spoon bowls and flower petals i use a ball stylus and an eraser as the eraser is quite soft but not too soft, if you know what i mean. Hope your feeling better. God bless xxx

Lol yes no fabric cutting scissors for anything else! I'm a quilter and seamstress and so were the previous generations of women in my family. All the men and kids knew with just a look that it was hands off those scissors or it wasn't going to be pretty lol! I'm working on the outside of my dollhouse now but will be making some things for inside soon. I love these kitchen utensils!
