Is it good for COB led modules? Flip chip leds?

Thank you for your inquiry. Mini LED is only flip chip. And we designed BDM-3000 for COB flip chip LED module such as mini LED backlight. BDM-3000 can handle from common size flip chip LED to mini size flip chip LED.
