Made these tonight using mini silicone muffin pans! Perfect size desert. They were quite delicious and easy to make. Can’t wait to try it with other kinds of fruit! Great recipe

I made these last week, stunning and delicious! I did add gelatin since someone said theirs were not firm. Only issue was they had a bit of a grainy texture. I think I may have over beat the mixture or the gelatin had started to harden. Thank you for your wonderful recipes!

Good thing you added gelatin, otherwise this recipe is only good for presentation not for direct eating. It is too frozen to eat it. Once thawed it melts.

Hi! I am making these cuties right now ,I've really wanted to make them from the first minute they showed up since you have been so nice to post them. Quick question...I'm a bit worried as after I took them out from the freezer to peel off the paper,they started to melt a bit and I still need to decorate. Yep! They will last about a 4-6 weeks covered very well. Take out only what you need and decorate as needed. That’s always what I do!

Thanks for this idea! I bought some dome silicon molds last year to make dome entrement desserts. I'll try it for this cheesecake, and will add a little bit mango puree into the whipped cream topping to round it out, add some mango juice to the white chocolate. Triple the mango flavor. 👍💯👩🏻‍🍳

Dear T Win I was thing of the same idea. I am not an expert baker but I love to play around with creative desserts like this. So my question is - have you made the domed version as yet? Did you encounter any “challenges.? Any advice that you can give? Thanks much.

@@emiliamartucci8291 yes! I did use the dome silicone mold. It worked very well. Instead of the bottom layer from this dessert, I used sponge cake as the base of the dome. Because the dome mold is upside-down, it's more difficult to set the base like for this cheesecake recipe. 😅 I prefer sponge cake also. Just get a glass, cookie cutter, or something that's same diameter as the base of the dome. After "mousse" part is set, just put the sponge cake on the dome base and flip out (gently). If I do make this with the crumb base, this is how I will do it: make the crumb base on the side and set it inside a cookie cutter that's same diameter as the dome. Then wait for both parts to set, and layer them. :)

It's really not as tough as the fancy names make them sound. I am hoping that when I retire from my job 30 years in the future, that I want to be a baker w/my own bakery. :) It's a hobby and de-stresses me well. Good luck with your attempt with this recipe! 👍💯 Don't give up, there aren't failures in food making process. They're just called chef's morsels. 😂😬🥴 My family enjoys the ugly and randomly shaped things I've baked so far. Try croissants, they are so easy and not difficult at all. The key thing is this: patience. 💯👍

Russia here (St. Petersburg). Never bought mango, it is an exotic fruit, but there is mango in local supermarkets. Never bought vanilla ? syrop? essence? It is all so ameriican, seems to me. I must admit that when I first saw these I thought of Highland Coos (Cows to those not in the know) but, having watched this video I am making a list of ingredients as I can't wait to make them!! Thank you! They would be a bit small for a pudding in my household!

How fabulous! If you are ok with gelatine, you can add some for stability. 3 teaspoons dissolved in 3 tablespoons hot water. Add at the same time as the cream. Otherwise eat straight out if the refrigerator.
