I absolutely enjoy all of your videos. Pre-Covid, I usually spend my summers in Pignan (Saint Georges D’orque) and I spend my entire time learning about Wine. Your videos are as precise as your tasting notes. I can’t wait for more videos - (Pic St Loup, Frontignan, Collines de la Moure, Gres de Montpellier, Larzac etc.

Blanquette de Limoux is done by using the ancestral method and not the traditional method !!!!
