are you crazy? this little thinghy is amazing, not only eeven the smallest size excavator is really expensive to rent\buy, but consumes a ton of fuel too,and you need a good transport truck to bring it on the work site ecc, while this buddy here can be moved with ease on every pickup..for a little gardening enterprise this is gold

this would be great for residential gaslines, waterlines, cable drops, fence posts and general landscaping. very cool!!!

Anything is better than digging by shovel. Pushing a lever is a lot easier. You hit a big rock and you appreciate your hydraulic powered machine even more. Three of us finally worked a rock free after 20 minutes of sweat and the excavator did it in 2 minutes and no sweat.

Love all those people that reckon they could do better with a shovel. Get you on a job site and start digging into clay or hard ground to lay some plumbing and see how long you last, especially on a hot day and with long trenches to be dug. This might not be the best device but in many cases it will do the job. That's why there are mini excavators being made, they actually save time and effort on the job which is important when you are in business, or getting a bit older where the physical effort might be too much when doing this for a living.

Nice ! would be great for a mini farm/landscaper, I'd probably just play around w/it all day. I'd think it' be more utilitarian if it could be mounted to a pre existing vehicle rather than being self propelled, that'd make a great option for some customers besides being a bit less expensive. Still I think it'd be a great product
@shadesCAN10 жыл бұрын
Only person I see this useful for is a older retired guy that bought a new place and is going to put in a lawn sprinkler system in, and dig fence post holes. The smart guy would rent a real machine for 1/4 the price and finish a job in less then 1 day, compared to what this little machine would need a week to do the same job. And in the US you could hire a Mexican to dig all day for the price of fuel for a day, and if he breaks down you just hire one of his family to take over.

Maybe fun to play with but not very practical. Like others have mentioned, you could do these operations faster by hand. As for post holes, go rent a hand held powered unit and be done in a fraction of the time this toy can complete the task.
@badboymayne12 жыл бұрын
That machine would do the work of two men ezey and it would not get tired. Grate machine would be good for landscaping and small trench work(power/water/phone pipes),. I still think the dipper arm and boom could be a little longer and if it could be made it so to swing alittle more(it look like it can only swing about 90 deg's).SOMETHING YOU CAN'NOT GET THE BIG MACHINE IN THE YARD, SO YOU HAVE TO GET A LITTLE ONE, DO IT BY HAND OR USE ONE OF THESE.

My apology's, i only saw a portion of the video which seemed to have that appearance.Ive deleted that comment. On looking at the whole video it seems to be legite. Your digger does have some good potential..What i would suggest is fit a wider bucket on the excavator and just use it for moving piles of loose soil or gravel. It really doesn't have enough size or weight for digging quickly via excavation..Have you ever thought about integrating a trench digging attachment (ditch witch) ?
@raticide4you11 жыл бұрын
a very lightweight machine. Don't expect too much of it but it can do a great job for people who are not too strong or have back injuries. If I had to dig a trench I would prefer this machine instead of using a shovel. Don' compare it with diggers of 1,5 tons or more. This thing weights perhaps 400 kilos.
@scottmaclean353310 жыл бұрын
Controls are a bit choppy. It's light and small good for tight spot trenching. Has a few good add on tools. Post hole auger looks useful. In soil suited for it, light soil and sandy soil. I see here a lot of bone heads think this is just a lazy mans tool. Well ever try and dig a 1 ft wide trench 6 feet deep for a water line or a gas line on an existing residential property? No ? Try that with a shovel! This has it's benefits... you know the right tool for the right job. Really? Have any of you negative commenters been on a construction job? Ever?

Seems like this is too small to be of any commercial use, and a home owner would be better off to just rent a more capable piece of equipment. What is the target market for this? Seems like it would be very easy to roll over on top of the operator, especially with no seat belt.

In 2008 about 30 000 Euro were stolen from my acount. The tax bureau Pforzheim / Neuenbürg, Germany, accepted this money as the property of the thief, without even demanding an income or gift tax. My complaints were ignored claiming fiscal secret. I am aware of large scale tax fraud in the area of Pforzheim. With my experience how German tax bureaus handle stolen property, I believe that this was done in collaboration with the tax bureau Pforzheim as well. In exchange for certain "services".

Nice but too slow. I think you can improve it just by placing the valves and levers on the seats armsrests. By that way the operator gets much better control with his arms closer to his body and can control his movements better.
