Mini Mini quilts are tiny! They typically measure no more than 4-6" in length on any side, and I find them to be very fun ways to scratch a creative itch, get out of a creative slump, or try something new in a low risk way. Because they are so small, applying a binding to them can be a bit challenging. In this video tutorial. I share my method for applying a single fold binding (strips cut to 1 1/2" wide) via machine to the back and then finishing to the front of the quilt via topstich. I also discuss how you can use the same single fold binding strips to stitch to the front and hand sew to the back of the quilt if you would prefer.
I hope you have as much fun sewing these small makes as I do!
