I remember playing it on Microsoft Xbox 360 when I was 19. I finished it. It was a good game. I actually rented it from Xtra-Vision. Anyway it's from the same Danish video game company who is known for Hitman and Kane and Lynch series. Mini Ninjas is notably the only IO Interactive A/S game which kids can play unlike the other ones which target adults.

I started playing yestoday and ive just defeated the 3boss. One of the reasons i love this game is because of the Japanese animation, like when ur standing on a cliff, watching over a river. Or when looking on the rise field. However, the enemys freaks me out! "Ninja hadadadaga Niiinjaaaa ninjaninja NINJA!"

Is there some explaination they give as to how or why all the ninjas inhabit the same body despite them being different people? also, are there any levels where you're forced to play as specific ninjas?

No explaination for that, they don’t inhabit the same body, when you change characters they dissapear with a smoke bomb i guess. It would be kinda dumb to make character change realistic. As for are you forced to play with specific ninjas, yes. In the first level, if you have unlocked all of the ninjas you will only be able to use Hiro and Futo regardless. And also Hiro is the only ninja you can use in boss fights

the graphic of this game was awesome just a few problems with the shadows... and i love this game for sure... everything look cute in this/ even the enemies, hope it will have another season (like mini ninja 2)? just need to improve the shadow a bit (or remove it im fine either way), friends join in - in combat/ harder difficult, more skill and weapons + bigger weapons/skill/items selection :) all for the best... GO MINI NINJA

2 reasons why this game is gonna be awesome 1: there are ninjas and everyone knows ninjas are badass 2: the ninjas are mini :D though the funny thing is that when I played the demo I was thinking that this was the combination of mario and ninja gaiden...which isnt is awesome thing :D

Hey, the game looks mildly entertaining, and I wasn't calling the game unoriginal or bashing it, simply pointing out the similarities in the game. Your fan-boyish devotion to a game that's not actually out yet is... Well, I won't say commendable, or really anything to be proud of at all, but hey, you have it, and I guess that's something? Does anyone else find a strange, almost disturbing resemblance to Sonic the Hedgehog in terms of plot? Sonic: Evil Scientist-type dude turns woodland critters into robotic evil-doers! Rescue them! Dude seriously, a wise man once said "the last original idea ever was when they stuck Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito together in a movie and made them twins", lol. when you think about it, just about every game is based on the 'neverending crusade to liberate the inocent from evil'. so just chillax man, this is in no way the first Sonic clone, and sure as hell, not gonna be the last. i suggest judging it on gameplay and not just purely on plot. lol. thats my 2 cents. kthxbai.

I was only 13 years old when I was playing this game and I was scared of those ghosts so I couldn't go any further but my Cousin helped me how to and so I lost my fear of ghost, but forget about that, I always thought that this was just a two or three game story ever since I saw the samurai warlord has fallen to the darkness and there might be more in another game and then nothing more to seek for, so how is it that I can't find any more games but animations only, are you telling me that the cartoons have the rest now, fine then if so, then again, why can't I find them?????????
