at 4:20 is that electrical component the heater blend door actuator?

​@evacoutdoors5867 if you look at top center edge of the video, theres a round sticker labeled MINI. That component is the one I was pointing out. It should be held by two bolts and an electrical connector. I wanted to know if that is the blend flap servo motor

No that is something else on centre console. The actuator is to the side, just in from the air vent next to window, very hard to get to. If you remove all the bolts from the air box you can wedge it down with something and get up there from below, you need to use right hand.
