Very rarely does Tarte ever sell out so if you want anything, I highly suggest waiting until after Christmas because everything will be 50% off, if not more. That’s what I do.

I’m just at the part of the video where you’re taking about the Too Faced face palette. Just a heads up to everyone, the shade watermelon rain in the too faced palette is actually part of the “core” blush line for Too Faced and can be purchased on its own. The only reason I know this is because I only own one of the shades in the Too Faced palette and it’s the watermelon rain shade. I’m really not sure why the palette is deemed “limited edition” because the highlight and all three blushes can be purchased year round. They basically just took four shades from the “core” line of products, and put them all together into a “fancy” package and are marketing it as an “limited edition” when that’s really not the case. Maybe limited edition to have all those products in one packaged but the specific shades are not “limited edition”!

Em, I love that you enjoy blush. I'm 40 and the same way. I noticed many 20 something girls today do this blushless, heavy on the bronzer, non-existent eye shadow aesthetic and their faces look so lifeless...beige.

When you said that about those Tarte palettes being for "high contrast looks" they started to make more sense to me, think HOLIDAY EYES, we're used to Tarte giving us every day look palettes even during the Holidays. I do love the look you created. Sounds like Too Faced either got lazy this year giving a palette of existing product shades or it's genius and saving the consumer money getting 4 products in 1 instead of having to buy 4 different products 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I need to get some of those HC lip liners. Great video, we can always count on you to give us the tea on the holiday editions ❤❤❤!

I love these palettes from Tarte! I have big eyes and when I put the glitzy shadow on the middle of my eyelids it attracts a lot of attention to the eyes! I love them!

I was looking at those tarte palettes at Macy's, I thought they swatched okay and if I didn't already own most of those I might consider them. Then my 13 year old son stuck his finger in one, and smudged it on his 16 year old brothers hoodie. Then they started fighting. And I left before I could look at what else they had 😂

Tarte has a blush set with a highlighter as well that looks really pretty. I saw it at Ulta but they only have one color way and of it. Online there are 2 color choices. They both look really pretty

The Too Faced palette is so tempting to me!!! ❤😮 I hardly wear makeup anymore but I do wear blush, highlight most often bc it’s the easiest to put on & take off at night 😅 I actually still have the Too Faced Glowver highlighter! The little gold puppy dog highlighter 🥰 I love it so much! It was one of the first face makeup products I ever hit true pan on I think!

I have noticed so with past holiday purchases from Tarte, the palettes are made in China, and that makes me wonder if that affects the quality of the product? Their regular products are made in the US, I think, don’t take my word for it, but I have a blush palette I bought in 2022, it was a holiday release, and I don’t like it. It was not cheap either. Lesson learned!

Great palette! I had tried those too faced blushes, and really liked them, but balked at the price of each individually. The blushes are almost the same size as the individual ones and the same quality. The highlighter is gorgeous and wearable, as you've pointed out. I got the palette for slightly more than the cost of one 2 faced blush here in Canada, which is unheard of. Sorry you got doubles Emily, but thanks for sharing it.❤

I have a video idea. I’ve seen some viral videos where the creator loads up a miniature purse with mini sample products. You could call the video “mini” reviews. My favorite part of going to Sephora or Ulta is looking at the minis section.

I swatched the Too Faced gem looking eyeshadow palettes at Ulta and the shimmer shades are pure glitter, like no color at all just shimmer particles. The purple palette has an opaque purple shade and 2 glitters 2 mattes. The green palette was 2 mattes and 3 of those glitters. They all seemed like that UD moondust type sparkle, but seriously barely any base pigment at all. The swatches they show online are very deceiving

Hi ladies 🥰 I'm getting married to my man of almost 8 years next month at a museum we visited on our first anniversary. For makeup I need some insight. I have Estee Lauder double wear, tarte shape tape, a mattifying powder and the de-slick ultra matte urban decay spray. So, fairly matte but my question is, I have a very glowy blush (rare beauty luminous powder in the cool pink and deepest mauve shade) will that clash with the matte base? I wasn't worried before but I find myself needing some woman advice or maybe reassurance? Eyes will have bright shimmer in inner section for more insight.

That LG bake n brighten is amazing. You seriously can cake it on and it never looks powdery. And I have extremely dry skin. Problem is, the fair pulls so orange on me. Does anyone know if the light shade is any less orangey? I could maybe even pull off the porcelain if it's not orange. I don't want to blind buy it because I am on a strict low buy.
