Fun fact: It was my idea to paint the wall, but in the beginning Mr J was sceptical. So I said he could pick the color. So in the end it was a perfect collaboration, and we both liked the result 😀👍

I love the color you have chosen! I have a medium gray wall in my house and I never get tired of it. I usually get samples of paint and paint a small section of my wall and see how the colors look like during the daytime and night before I decide. Color choices are tough! I keep my walls neutral with pops of color from paintings usually with modern lines. So happy to see Mochi playing ball. Boo does not play fetch at all and would rather be laying next to my side. She just had her annual vaccinations this week and I have to give her kisses while getting her shots! Hope you, Mr. J and Princess Mochi enjoy the rest of your week. C'est drôle nous sommes également en train de refaire notre chambre. Nous venons de finir la peinture du plafond. Semaine prochaine nous attaquons le papier peint. J'aime beaucoup les nouvelles affiches, elles sont sobres et jolies. Les précédentes, surtout une, me faisait un peu flipper 😁. C'est super que votre broderie traditionnelle prenne place dans votre chambre. Lors de mon voyage, un de nos hôtels en avaient aussi dans un des salons très cosy. It sounds like you have a much bigger project going on, I am impressed! Painting the ceiling sounds like hard labour- I was tired from just painting half a wall 😂 But I am sure it will be worth it in the end. Wallpaper is nice, there are so many beautiful ones to choose from! Wonderful that you saw the wall hangings in Norway. It is very common, to find in houses of grandparents. But I think it is getting a revival, so more young people appreciate it now.

Doggo wasn’t sure what was going on at first but she seems to approve of your new paint color and posters. You’re good at getting a clean line when just painting half the wall. Often times paint will bleed under the tape.

I imagine headboards are totally ikke moteriktig (?) in Nordic terms, but I do think of how pillows, reading while upright, other activities (!), might in time rub against and scuff the paint. However, paint is always a quick and easy solution, and you can always cover marks at any time. Love the two prints and plant pot and that sensational plant. Cool that you are watching from Brazil! October is a nice month in Oslo if you don't mind chilly weather. The leaves turn orange, and the weather can be chilly and sometimes rainy. But of course you can also be lucky and have nice, clear sunny days. The weather is like a lottery. But generally speaking October is nice ❤️

Interessant! :D Kjøpte meg ny leilighet i fjor og jeg blir aldri ferdig med å småendre og legge til ting. Det er gøy å se andres interiørprosjekter og bli inspirert. Jeg likte godt fargevalget deres og det var en artig ide og bare male halve veggen, det hadde jeg aldri tenkt på. Men det gjorde virkelig rommet lunere med en gang. Så... kan jeg leie deg hvis jeg trenger noe malt, he he? ;) Er så dårlig på det selv, jeg får alltid mer maling på meg selv enn på noe annet. Ønsker dere alle tre en fortsatt nydelig helg!
