At first I felt discouraged because my amounts were smaller than others but once I started seeing my progress, I realized that no matter how much I'm able to save it will definitely still add up with time and patience.

Same! But the gag is that even with smaller amounts your still outing your money towards goals and not impulsively spending, even when you’re saving in small amounts over a long period of time it may feel as though you’re getting nowhere but you’re actually making huge progress. At least it’s like that for me because when I impulsively spend I’ll spend like $500 in a week when in reality that $500 could have went towards my savings and I’m wondering where all that money came from and where it went.

New subscriber 😊 I do the exact same thing with my 52 week envelope challenge, I condense them into the bigger numbers. Once I’m done with the 52 week, I’m going to transfer it into 100 envelope challenge and I will fill up the big ones with that money first. You’re doing great! 🌸
