Thank you for helping post and listening to my complaints.but i wasnt talking about the bottom bobbin.i was talking about the upper threading..it keeps hanging on that long rod where we insert the thread b4 passing it to the next hole and then the needle....the rod inbetween the machine is where the thread hangs and cuts......it just keeps cutting once i sew...to pipe a neck,my thread cuts close to 10times.doesnt sew 1minute at a stretch.it will curl and cut..please help me..its the upper thread..thank u

@@AkahFortune hi. I'm so sorry to hear that your machine's upper thread keeps breaking. It is very unusual. Could it be that your thread tension is too high? mine is uten 505, all you need is a hex screwdriver to fix the timing issue. It only happens when the thread is jammed though so I have to rotate the knob toward me to check whether the thread is jamming or not then I got this issue (see the video). I used the bobbin that cam with the machine and it works fine no jammings

so my issue with this machine is that the black (top) thread goes around the spinner for the very first loop. Then, starting with the second loop, it stops catching the thread. so mine is not stitching. can you please help thank you..

I am having trouble with my bobbin thread ... i strictly follow the nifty-nine method ... would start fine then the bobbin thread gets tangled so stitching would stop and won't move ... becomes difficult to remove the fabric from plate as the bobbin thread is tangled and i needed to cut the tangled thread from under the fabric to get it loose ... sometimes the upper thread would just snap ... keep on trying adjusting tension but still problem persists ... can you maybe enlighten why this is happening? thanks.

Just an update, I think this problem has something to do with the type of fabric i used for my project ... it's polycotton, somewhat slippery. i switch back to using cotton fabric, same brand of thread and my machine worked well again. i was able to finish a face mask without interruptions.

Daniel, sounds like the timing is off. I do have a video showing your how to reset this in great detail, but I would only suggest you follow it if your warranty is no longer valid. If it's still within warranty, please return it for a refund.
