The MINI-STRIKER® is a lightweight high-pressure centrifugal pump powered by a reliable Honda GHX50 4-stroke engine.
The MINI-STRIKER® weights less than 20 Lbs and despite its small size it produces an impressive maximum head pressure of 196’.
Before operating the pump fill the fuel tank with recommended gasoline and check the oil level.
Place the pump close to a water source; insure that it is on level ground.
Connect the suction hose to the pump intake and securely tighten it using a hose wrench.
Place the other end of the suction hose with the foot valve strainer in the water source; insure there’s a minimum of 8” of water above the foot valve to avoid drawing in air. Beware of drafting sediments or other debris.
Quickly prime the pump using a hand primer to draft in water into the pump.
Alternatively you can prime the pump by giving the suction hose several back and forth strokes keeping the foot valve fully submerged.
With the pump fully primed, securely connect the discharge hose and connect the nozzle at the other end.
To start the pump,
• Turn the ignition switch ON
• Open fuel valve
• Engage the choke, if engine is cold
• Give starter rope a quick and steady pull until engine starts
• Disengage choke and allow the engine to properly warm up before using full throttle
With the nozzle in hand, you are now ready to flow water!
