simply badass brother! fellow long ranger here and this is a feat right here!!! I was pumped when I went 15 miles out but wow and just for a side note Ive been switching my crossfire stuff over to ExpressLrs 915mhz and my link is more stable and can go out farther at 1/4 of the output power and you can choose 25hz cause for us long range guys we dont need fast latency so you could prolly get that range without the yagi hahaha but man that flight gives me something to drive for CONGRATS!

Thanks for the advice. I'd like to try it someday when ELRS stabilization is complete. thank you.

@@kakuya1173 I've got a pending pre-order for the RadioMaster Bandit. Looking forward to trying that out! 124km is something to shoot for. You're 100km ahead of me! haha

Got any pictures of the airplane? I'm curious how you crammed 42 18650 cells into it. :) What was the auw of the aircraft?

Can you please tell us feom where did get that 17 dbi yagi antenna?

Congrats!!!! Dvr on board ok? What distance your vídeo setup lost in this flight?
@kakuya11733 жыл бұрын
This video is onboard. The image becomes blurry at over 100Km and at 110Km was not seen. I couldn't see the footage again, so I went back to RTL.

Very nice flight. What diversity controller are you using for the 1.3?
@dustypropss3 жыл бұрын
@2:00:03, Sat count dropped to 7, HDOP value is 2.0, altitude jumped from 2211m to 2251m and then the plane started going crazy because the GPS signal is not strong and almost RTL failure, am I correct?
@kakuya11733 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's right. You analyzed the video in great detail. There were many military exercises around that day. I found out on the news the next day. There seemed to be GPS jamming. Usually 15 to 17 satellites should be received, but that day wasn't too good. So the aircraft's altitude was slightly inaccurate.

awesome flight. congratulations. Do you carry a location system in case you lose the plane? Normally at what distance do you lose telemetry with crossfire? Thanks in advance.
@kakuya11732 жыл бұрын
If you install a Yagi antenna with good performance, it can be maintained for more than 100km. thank you.

Great flight. What On-board DVR are you using?
@kakuya11732 жыл бұрын
It's just a normal DVR that I bought from AliExpress.

Congrats - amazing flight! Can you share the takeoff weight of this setup? Looks like it should be in the realm of 3.2-3.5kg. Also you mention you're using crossfire. What power level did you use? The whole 2W?
