Is there any way to slide step the voltage down gradually to have a better wind down? Is this what the capacitors were helping with on the other video?

How did you make the horn? Please reply because my attempts on the horn didn't work

Took all the measurements from a thunderbolt horn. Drew the horn patterns (top and bottom pieces) to 1/3rd scale, Used a large format copier to scale it down to 1/6th scale. Cut the patterns out and glued them together.
