Girl who is having issue with shrinkage in humid environment. All you need to do, is lightly spritz with a small amount of product, then gather up sections of twist and plait into sections, but don't leave plaited for more than 2 hours to stretch hair, unloose, and you are good to go.

When it comes to hair color in general, I recommend only using a rinse/hair stain if you already have hair issues like breakage and thinning. I have sickle cell trait and am very often in an iron deficit resulting in hair breakage, and when I colored my hair, the breakage just got worse 😩. My mom uses a jet-black rinse to get rid of her grays, and at 58, her hair is flourishing. 🤗 Thanks for watching. I hope this helps 🙏🏽

I always love mini twists on others! My concern is taking them down if the hair is not really dense. Are your twists hard to take down?!

If you plan on leaving them in longer than 4 weeks, they are slightly harder to take down. Using hair milk or some sort of detangler really helps to relax the curl pattern and make things easier. This is another good reason to keep your hair in a stretched state throughout the hairstyle 😊

That's a tough one. I would probably just style them once they shrink up. Once I start going back to the gym, this is likely what I will have to do as well. 😭
