For someone who can't braid... u did a good job. Next time do a crochet...it's better than braiding from the roots and it saves you some inches coz played down his like cornrows grow better as they are moisturized better❤

I swear once you get it down it goes from 48 to 4 hours. The longest time is parting as you go, so now I just part the front nearly by the back I use my fingers to part, ain't nobody got time for that 😂😂

Tip, crochet the back and just do individuals at the front/back. Takes me half the time lol

Beautiful!! I would suggest "Loc N Gel" instead of the jam, because it makes gripping wayyy easier and anti-frizz. It can can save you a couple of hours for sure. Makes protective styles so much easier and last longer

I love doing my hair like this. Just sharing if you want to try something differently..i literally start with my naturral hair as a braid then after about half inc to inch i split in two and add twists in as rope twists to lock together then i regular twisted. The twists expand so it didn't show my natural hair at root and had no pulling..and it went quickly. Iove this hair it was so light.

Literally in the process of doing this rn and this video popped up. Used same hair except in the color 2 Made my parts wayyyyy smaller, so far I'm on my third day. Twisted to the right instead of the left and twists look so natural! Obsessed with how it turned out.
