Hi Superb, during the furnace burn-in process, the wax will melt out of the flask, where does the wax goes? let it remain in the furnace?

Very good point! When I burn out the wax I have a tray undernieth to collect the molten wax which I empty. The long term effects of wax draining into your kiln will probably screw it up or cause a fire at some point. A small amount of residue will burn off in the kiln no problem..
