Yay!! You Josh-ified a Sienna. This was really fun to see. I hope a future client is inspired to have you do a Sienna conversion with a bed and more storage. Your builds are so beautiful and practical that I'd love to see what you'd design to meet more elaborate needs with a lower roof. This is especially important given Ford and Nissan's discontinuing their minivans. RIP Transit Connect!

I hope you do follow-ups as the van continues to be built! Will you please leave a link to the flooring? I want to research it further it seems to be exactly what I may need to make the build easier. I have a 2012 SUV Tucson and I have to have access to the spare tire, I never have had to use it, but.. The space is a 33" x35" with a bifold lid, which is the entire cargo back! This seems a perfect solution. Thanks for showing, I nearly gasped when you lifted it.😹

Looks Great and your video is I believe more relaxed and entertaining. I am tonight in a winter desert windstorm. I've taken a bed sheet and placing the edge under the sun visors I have a vision and thermal block isolating the dash and windshield. Surprised again how much warmer and more comfortable the interior feels. Also I store food in the front foot wells and it provides additional chill for the food. If it were possible for me to commission interior carpentry I would have a full length wall partition built on the driver side of my RAM PROMASTER CITY such that I can continue to open the door and slide my solar panel and misc. storage in. On the passenger side full height thin cabinet that opens providing a snack coffee bar. Bridging with a finished ceiling would be great. I have this stuff now only it is fabric and insulation board.

I have a couple of questions Bryan. I love all your builds and am in the process of choosing a van. With the process of doing the floor can you do one of 2 things I have in mind? #1 I would like Double slide outs below this type of flooring (but I actually want industrial carpet squares), I want the slideouts to have the hardware where I can just screw in two leggs on each side. This way I can stand in the middle and have one slide out for prep/cooking and the other for washing up etc. And if need be I can add a drop in attachment cutting board in the middle to connect both sides. I love to spend like a whole afternoon cooking for the week all at once that way there's no cook clean up daily. I don't want to cook in my van. Lifting up the hatch is good but if you want the kitchen at the back, then that is a space I'd reserve for the spare, jacks, flare gun, rope, machete, emergency can goods, stuff I hope not to have to get at. The kitchen stuff would be on twin canvas shelving units across the back that would be easy to remove if necessary. So pull out working surfaces would be great. Okay now a totally Different idea was this. Can you do the floor, but create easy access like plexiglass like window covers for the compartments where the floor is open when the seats are all removed. So you could simply remove the rubber matt and flip up a light weight see through hinged door? I want as little wood as possible. In the Sienna isn't it just two seats up in the middle and the 3rd row in the back? It can be hard to articulate what's in my brain. But when retrieving things from the floor, I want it to be easy on my back and hands. Certain leaning stretching, reaching motions are a no-no for my spine. if there was a way stuff organized down there could raise up at the push of a button, that would be fabulous. Anything for my miracle spine. Extra shocks, that lift, like on the Sienna. Well Mhalo and Aloha to you!😊
