You can steam Broccoli or other veggies quick in the microwave. I prefer to do fresh Broccoli in the microwave with a bit of water in the bottom of a glass dish with a lid to steam. Much tastier than the frozen. By the way you are just the cutest little family!

A random fact that I know, is that most frozen veggies are just as fresh or even fresher than canned or possible non frozen, because they get picked, washed, chopped or not chopped, packaged, then frozen, then sent off. I have no idea why I remember that but I just do.

Aspyn, I have a coupleb questions for you regarding routine. I'm trying to get into a routine with waking up at at least 7:30am to workout and trying to do healthy swaps, for example, if I eat orange chicken I would have a salad or a vegetable with it instead of always having either fried rice or Asian noodles with vegetables made with it. And I go to bed at 10:00pm., which brings me to my two questions that I have. Is 10:00pm too late to go to bed? And is healthy swaps okay? Oh, and I have a notebook that I document my workouts in and upload it to my Instagram stories (although I am considering creating a separate Instagram account for my workouts, fashion and other fun stuff), and I do that to help me keep accountability with workouts. If you have any advice or tips for me, please share if you don't mind doing so. Thank you in advance🙂
