Gobhi Paratha Recipes
1. Grated cauliflower (gobhi) - 1 cup
2. Wheat flour - 2 cups
3. Green chilies (finely chopped) - 2
4. Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
5. Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
6. Ajwain (carom seeds) - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
9. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
10. Salt - as per taste
11. Oil or ghee - for cooking
1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, knead a soft dough with wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
2. Make the stuffing: Squeeze the grated cauliflower to remove excess water. Mix it with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
3. Roll the paratha: Take a small portion of dough, roll it out slightly, add a spoonful of stuffing, and seal it properly. Roll it gently into a round paratha.
4. Cook: Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides, applying oil or ghee, until golden brown.
5. Serve: Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter for a delicious meal.
