How much weight including a 2 wheel cart, can a mini horse pull...?

There are always multiple factors in the answer to that question. The design of the cart - the specific harness used, the fitness and strength of the mini, and the terrain. We do operate on the general rule of equal to its body weight - up to a maximum of 1.5 times their weight. And along with that, is for how long. They will be able to do better longer, with equal to - than with 1.5 times. Hope that helps!
