Miniature Railways of Great Britain Abbeydale M R Sheffield & District Society of Model Engineers

After a short break from visiting railways we managed to get a visit to the Abbeydale M.R at Sheffield.
We enjoyed our visit very much.

We had a job getting our old legs over the coaches as well Dave. Great railway and as you can see the public enjoy visiting and riding it..As we were near on a fishing holiday we just had to visit....Best wishes Chris

typical isn't it, I've been waiting for ages for you to come to sheffield and when you do it's one of the few times I'm not there, you'll have to come back on a fun run or open day at some point

Hi Rob. Sorry we missed you. It was a last minute visit,we were on a fishing holiday north of Nottingham and saw the club was open,so made the trip over..The guys looked after us well and we enjoyed our visit.....Regards Chris and Rosie.
