My mini loves carrots, apples, blueberries, broccoli stems, bananas, strawberries, dandelions, grass, pumpkin sticks, cold cooked sweet potatoes, and sweet peppers. She's practically vegan!

Oh my gosh. It was like looking at my boys. A white and a black/white one. They love all vegetables. Banana, apple, watermelon but not so much blueberries. They adore cucumbers and carrots the most! My babies.

Our lovely little 3 year old black schnauzer just loves raw brussells sprouts. She can eat them all day if she could but we cook most of her veg.

My sister’s schnauzer has eaten some of those things. She’s had carrots, bananas, broccoli, apples, and blueberries and she loves all of them. It was cute watching those two try out the fruits and vegetables too!

Mine loves fruit and veggies. He got in the garden and ate a peper. He didn't like that so much. He loves ice cubes, blue berries and bananas the best. Such cute dogs

Awww. This is great. I have a mini but I’ve been afraid to give her different types of food because I don’t want to make her sick. But I’m definitely going to give these fruits and vegetables a try to what she likes. Thanks for the ideas.

Love this! I have a little Schnauzer that loves romaine ribs, he will eat zucchini, broccoli and carrots but they have to be cooked. He will share an apple with me and a segment or 2 of a mandarin. Blueberries off the bush....and cooked green beans all day long.... Love this and the "subtitles" Very cute 🐶 ♥️

My sister's dogs are some mix of schnauzer with terrier and something else. One of them eat all except lettuce. But they are crazy for nuts (of course non salted and not much). Peanuts, almonds, pistacias, hazelnuts, walnuts. It is comparable only with their love for hams and sausages.

By all means! Feed your dogs but they are not designed to eat. They're not humans. They are animals. Maybe you should eat food that you're forced to eat. Like grass, and hey raw chopped liver. Eat that and see how wonderful your treating your animals. What's wrong with you people!?

My dogs vet suggested veggies as low calorie treats. Schnauzers are prone to diabetes and a high fiber diet is good to help prevent diabetes. I'm not saying they don't need meat but if they enjoy veggies and fruits why not give it to them in moderation?

Shame on you! Don't you know that dogs are carnivores.... somebody ordered starve you down and feed you Raw liver. Maybe that would help you to understand. Your poor little dogs felt very unfortunate to have you as a caretaker.
