My Green Closet You are in Germany at the moment, aren't you? Then I recommend the powder blushes by Alverde at DM. They're not very expensive and look lovely on the skin (I own 'Flamingo' and 'Pretty Terra'). :) The only downside is the ugly green packaging...Anyway, love your videos!

My Green Closet Some of my favourite products are the lipsticks from Dr. Hauschka, they are definitely worth checking out! They also have great eyeshadows in beautiful colours with high pigmentation (I especially like the No. 1 and 9!). Another brand I can recommend is Lavera; they have a few really nice beauty products!

Hi there, I found your channel because I was looking for a minimalist wardrobe. I started my skincare and makeup detox a few months ago. I now use non toxic skin, hair and makeup products. I love makeup so I can't live with just one blush or lipstick but I do try to buy two or three of the same. The makeup brands that I love and are non toxic and natural are modern minerals, w3ll people, pacifica, nvey eco, 100% pure, acure, and I enjoy shopping in vitacost, I'm not sure they ship internationally.

great! I like cocoa powder as a foundation mixed with arrowroot. You could also add a tiny bit of clay or rice powder for oily skin. I have also seen videos on using real pieces of beet for cheek colour. It does work for lip stain. mostly I avoid anything on my skin unless you could eat it.

That's exactly the mixture I've just started using for my face makeup! I have extremely oily skin and I have used every kind of makeup that claims to be a miracle for oily skin and I can officially say that the homemade face makeup has been my miracle. I can't say enough good things about it! 👍🏻👍🏻

I'm on this journey as well. I'm trying really hard. I purged so much makeup and beauty products and I'm still left with so much stuff. It's been kind of hard for me to narrow it down. Also I really would like to venture into wearing natural makeup but I can't really afford to buy from the companies that make natural makeup. However, I did recently make my own face makeup from pure cocoa powder, arrowroot and bentonite clay and it's been my most favorite discovery in the world of makeup. 👍🏻 #babysteps

Samantha Lindsey I really liked the 100% Pure mascara and so far I like this Dr. Hauschka one (but it's still pretty new). I'm also looking for a great eyeliner though, preferably liquid, this Jane Iredale one was pretty good but I don't think I'll repurchase it, so if you find a good one I'd love to hear about it! :)

One of my favorite green beauty brands is Brija Cosmetics, because it is an independent brand that a KZbinr iluvjesse444 started. She herself is very picky with ingredients so I trust her fully with the ingredients she includes in her products, and she has taught me so much. Plus her prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend Brija to anyone!

Great video! I have switched to natural makeup and body care products in general about 2 years ago after realizing how many nasty chemicals are contained into the normal drugstore ones... and it was the best decision ever! I mostly just use organic mascara, and some eye shadow, if anything. One thing I would consider is lipstick, because most of it ends up being ingested. For instance I heard of a study on breast cancer patients where there was lipstick found in breast tissue. Not sure where study was done. But I decided to give up lipstick because I did not like it that much anyway....

I've never tried this line because I live in the states and it's only available in Germany but have you heard of the brand "Alverde?" I think it's only sold in DM drugstores. They've got a pretty extensive line of makeup and face care.

W3LL PEOPLE's mascara is the best green mascara I've ever tried, hands down (besides the smudging), and their Narcissist foundation, Bio-Brightener Stick, and Bio-Brightener powder are all amazing. Zuzu Luxe is also a great "drugstore" green beauty brand all around - their lipsticks are awesome and their liquid eyeliner stays put all day. Silk Naturals is a good affordable option, but not all of their products are vegan, and some contain FD&C dyes and natural flavors. I recently started an organic/green beauty makeup channel if you want more info on the products!

I've never heard of detoxing your make up. What inspired you and how did you get started?

I started hearing about some of the nasty chemicals in cosmetics and then did some more research on it, I also met a makeup artist who used only 'clean' makeup and she was super helpful with making the switch. I started slowly replacing the products I used most and any lip products - since you end up eating some of them! It took some time but I'm really happy I did it and I think my skin is better too :)

Is the RMS uncover up worth the hype? I've had my eyes on it for a while, but wasn't sure if it would be a smart choice.

Aleyna Halatyn I think it depends a lot on your skin type and also the kind of coverage you're looking for. It's definitely not a full coverage product and it's more oily than a lot of concealers I've tried which I think can be a problem if you have oily skin (I've also heard its not good on very dry skin). I have combination skin, I don't mind the oiliness of it because I find that helps it sort of 'melt' in for a nice sheer coverage, but I have to put powder on top or it looks really shiny. I also use it more like a light foundation to even out my skin but wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something to primarily cover-up blemishes or dark under-eyes, it just isn't pigmented enough, I use the 100% Pure concealer for that. It seems like a very hit or miss product and it's not cheap so if you can get a sample or try it out before buying a full one, I think that's probably the best way to see if it works for you. Hope that helps! :)

You have such a nice collection :) For brands to try ... I really like Lily Lolos Mineral Foundation, Lavera Lipsticks and I especially like their lips&cheeks tint. My favourite bronzer is from alverde, but Lily Lolo recently came out with a few really interestíng ones as well. I don´t use bllush or eyeshadow, but for eyeshadow especially I heard some amazing things about the ones by Zuii Organics, which is an amazing brand in general. It smeels increadible (like fresh green apples), leaves me hear clean and bouncy but shiny at the same time. I also love that it costs only 4-5 euros for 300 ml( 4 at dm, 5 everywhere else like online or at the organic stores) and that it´s easily available!
