You can really easily grow a scoby just from store bought plain kombucha, it's how I've done it a few times over the years. You just pour some kombucha into a jar and I cover it with a paper towel and a rubber band but a towel would work, but you need to secure it with something. And then you just leave it in a cabinet for a week or two and it makes a scoby that you can use to brew your kombucha.

Another option for your grapes, is to put some in the freezer. Addictive. Thanks for sharing.

In the uk, all mustard comes in glass jars. Never seen it in a squeezy bottle before!

In France, the mustard is in these super nice glass jars that you can reuse as drinking glasses! My host mom used to collect them haha >.

Scoyb are so easy to make as well as mothers for ACV. So so so easy. Mothers you can start from scratch or use a bit of braggs vinegar or any that has the mother. Apples filtered water and some vinegar and leave it for a month and vula.. scoyb is basically the same concept. Black tea, sugar water and leave it. However you can start one with the kombucha you already have. So so easy.

nice video :) your kitchen looks pleasant, tidy and well organized. yes, apples and peanut butter, absolutly delicious! Or bananas or berries. Also, cashew butter is super delicious with them. I've never heard of the vegan parmesan recipe. So I wrote it down immediatly :)

I am sensitive to several foods including wheat so like the lentil pasta as an alternative when spaghetti squash isn’t available. It’s my fav pasta substitute!
@RebeccaSisson4 жыл бұрын
Same! I don't have any food sensitivities but just prefer the lentil pasta to change it up.

You’re not alone, I also love apples and peanut butter! I eat it pretty much everyday! I also love Enjoy life chocolate chips. Sometimes I melt them with some almond milk and pour it over banana ice “cream”. I love your tip about cooked beans in the boxes not having added salt! I’ve long wished salt was not added to canned beans.

You don't have to wait to get scoby from someone, I made my scoby from non flavoured GT kambucha. Weather like you have you will get scoby in 2 weeks. Serch on you tube there are tons of videos will show you how to make scoby with kambucha tea. Good luck. If I can make scoby colony you can too...

Great video! Beautiful and bright kitchen! You have a lot of space in your kitchen, which can be dangerous to have more food than you actually need. So great job! I realized I save more now that I have a smaller fridge - no food more to waste!! Great tip about the ready to eat fruits! 💚

My cousin made a big bunch of homemade mustard a few years back, with different mixtures of flavours too. He said it was really easy to make, but I couldn't care less about this kind of stuff back then so I didn't listen. A little later he gave me a tiny little jar as a christmas present. It tasted really good but it was a shitty christmas gift because it was so small. Anyways I don't know if he still makes them or not, havn''t heard anything about it since. My point being, it is probably not that hard to make and they taste good!

With the exception of a few items, this is totally my kitchen pantry/fridge as well! I have been using the Amazing Grass superfood powder for a while now. If you want an extra plant protein kick, try Vega One in the vanilla flavour.

I make the same parmesan! I put it on as much as I can. I know you kept saying there isn't much there but honestly its so satisfying to see everything so organized. 😍 Having my husband around he takes something from one place and puts it back in another 😩 lol. Also, thats so cool that those boxed beans are recyclable, I get so excited when I stumble upon good news like that. Tetrapak type stuff is always a crapshoot. SOOO sad the bulk bins are closed. I love watching videos like this to see what I might be missing and just see how other sustainable vegans do it. I also have a channel where I share sustainable vegan lifestyle type of videos. I'd love for you to check it out. Otherwise thanks so much for sharing! 💚🌎💙

Just adjust the playback speed. KZbin allows you to do this on any software version. I speed people up when they talk too slow lol but you can slow it down if they talk too fast for you.
