I think I’ve watched this video 10 times now while going through my 3 year old’s clothes. It helped me SO much while decluttering. We live in Northern British Columbia and my daughter is in daycare M-F, so we do have a bit more - but I finally have it pared down to a good amount. A big part of it was clothes I had stored away for our next child, but with a potential 4-5 year age gap, keeping everything stored away for years was stressing me out so much! Thanks 🌞

The first time i saw a video from you i thought: „ah ok, i got the main information, that‘s it, bye“. 2 month later after i watched randomly another video of your channel. And since than i came over and over again because there is so much more than a mental information of how to minimalize. It‘s your energy, your essence that relaxes me so much. It gives me comfort to watch your videos and calmes my mind to be in these energy, so that i carry these relaxation into my life. And it has such a huge impact on my family. A big wave of freedom came to us and let us more connect to each other. Whenever i have a stressful period of time i watch a video from you and it relaxes my nervous system instantly. Love this! I need to try this for the kids, currently we have a 7 outfits per kid. With 4 kids I cannot escape the laundry, but it does help to pair down.

Thanks for sharing! To remove any stain use 1 tbsp baking soda 2-3 drips of dawn soap then mix in hydrogen peroxide till you get a paste. Put paste on stain then let sit for an hour or overnight. Thrown in washer. It works amazing!

We live in San Diego too. I feel so overwhelmed with laundry, toys, and just the amount of things we own. I will have to read the book you recommended, we homeschool and I am trying to keep that simple.

Love this video, I've two as well and so for my daughter I tend to buy neutral colours so that they can be shared with my son later on! I gravitate towards black as they dont show stains too easily!

I always buy so many clothes for my kids because I'm afraid I won't have enough for them. And still... My youngest has two winter coats and I had to wash both (and both her outfits) today because she fell into muddy puddles twice. 😅 I counted and between them they rippes 8 pieces of clothing the last two weeks... let's just say they live life to the fullest... and mama has to go shopping again...

Love this! My kids have pretty simple wardrobes - although a little more than yours since they are 10 and 15. My daughter stresses out when she gets too many items in her room so we definitely work on balancing! I homeschool her so it's much easier to pare down without school worries - and a lot cheaper too! I have done so much thrifting or shopping sales before and I find that though I might luck up on a few items she loves, most just get donated without being worn so I stick to basics and a few special items she picks - it probably ends up cheaper in the long run and less wasteful.

Those sandals are so cute!! Where did you get them? Also, I have been binging your videos this week and decided to declutter 😍 it felt so good. I got rid of over 2 full baskets of clothes. It is hard because I feel like I'm throwing money away but it felt good to get rid of things I wasn't wearing or using.

I'm so glad you made this video! First of all after watching your own 10 item wardrobe video last week I was inspired to shop my closet and pare down and it's made my life so much easier! I thought that it would be more difficult as a mom of a 10 month old and 2 year old because I'm constantly getting food/dirt/you name it on me, but it hasn't. I try to stay minimal with my own kid's wardrobes, but you've inspired me to try to pare down even more! Do you ever find cute clothes secondhand that are a size or two up and purchase them? As a secondhand shopper I find it hard to pass up things that they will eventually grow into and then I end up storing things.
