Explain to me how that meets title 24. No way that concrete has meets energy efficiency for heating or cooling.

There are a several ways to do this. You can include an insulating layer inside the concrete as the "filling" (EPS/XPS) to a concrete sandwich; or you can use an insulating aggregate (pumice).

@@grahamramsey492 That may be possible in certain parts of the USA, definitely not California. The steel portions would definitely not qualify unless the interior and exterior steel post and beams are faux and there is the ability to put insulation between the faux post and beams. In the video it does not appear to be that way.
