As an ITX builder of many years now, to find a compact pc case with support for a 360mm radiator is difficult to find. I like my water cooling setups with higher end comments and this case for me is an absolute WINNER 🤩😱🤯🤤🫠! Well done Asus! The price is fair, not great at its RRP, imo 😇👍but as mentioned if you can get it cheaper …… it’s an awesome find 🧐. It’s great to see the M-ATX form fact getting sooo much love 💕 by pc case manufacturers the past 12months as it’s been neglected since forever!

I put a Corsair RM850x PSU in here. Due to the placement of the PSU power jack, it was a TIGHT fit at the top of the case. I had to bend the PSU power cord as much as possible. There are also some potential issues getting SATA cables connected due to a "lip" on the case that might block the connectors. I used an MSI Mag Mortar B650 so this might not be an issue with other mobos.

bought this case for my first ever pc build. it's really compact in terms of table/shelf space, very easy to build in. maintenance is also incredibly easy as all the plates can be removed without any screwdrivers, highly recommended for first timers

Interesting design which like you say is similar to lot of cases. Plus point for me is the IO on front abd 3x ports, the air flow looks good too. Albeit it does concern me that the case has limited room to hide or route cables esp if basic psu rather than modular. Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath (&Dave !) 🐈👍

Lots of room for a non modular PSU the space below the psu is largely unused unless you had an extra long monster of a gpu 🙂

Hi Mike good review of the case my MSI a320m motherboard would fit very nice but the colour of the case white becomes black would have to keep it clean all the time hope you can get this case in black.

@@mikesunboxing I think it's awesome that affordable mATX and ITX cases with good quality & performance are available now. Not too long ago the options you had at this price range was limited to something like a Cooler Master Q300L which had horrible airflow and subpar quality.

Under heavy load: CPU package < 80dc GPU HotSpot < 85dc

I would recommend this compared to the jonsbo cases , it has better build quality which is a crucial factor since you likely to stay with a pc case for a while. Secondly it's 80 dollars if you are in the US. The only other mini matx cases I'm looking forward to are from antec and Dan cases a3 matx

I’m considering this case, but without any fans being at the front, the cpu cooler must be running a bit warmer than it could be vs something like a pop mini air? Aside from that, liking the all mesh on the sides and rear

Possibly need a AM5 or LGA 1700 MB to get a mATX MB having USB C connector. Will just return a ASUS B550 mATX gaming pluss missing internal USB C connector. Have a MSI B650 mATX Mag in box, maybe do a weekend build fitting 7600X CPU, 32 GB Ram and a 3060 TI into a black 201 I got yesterday. It was a "demo" didn't find any spots of a used box, about £ 57,-

@@daveaitken92 B550 Mortar have similar price to B650 in my area (Norway) Found MSI b550m Pro VDH WiFi having internal USB C gen 1 for $138,- or $222,- for Mortar 😞 Have a Ryzen 5 5600 in a box and will go for AM4 solution inside my new ASUS AP201. B550 Pro or a mb having two internal usb3 sockets and a adapter from Ali.. will go inside ap201. B650 need a new cpu and ram. B550m idea I have all neede parts available "free", bye B650 idea return it today.

I like this case design (chimney) in the mATX format a lot, but I don't think anyone has made one as good as it should be yet. I'm looking to go mATX from ITX so I open up more MB options and not got the ITX tax goon to my head, "you'd like the ITX version, certainly Sir, that'll be £100 more for less RAM / PCI /PCIe slots, and fan headers, cheers!". All the different brand versions of this design have their issues. I'd pay ~60 for the Asus version. If you're going to put a 3 pin fan in it, just don't put a fan in it at all and pass the saving on!!

@@mikesunboxing I've been ITX for almost 10 years, it was never this bad but it seems to have become the latest bourgeoisie trend, therefore, memo from CEO "just charge loads more". They should be cheaper not cost more. That said, Asrock is the best bang-4-buck in the ITX department in my experience.

This case is $75 in the US. It's easy to recommend at that price. Jonsbo cases tend to be more expensive here. Anyway, the huge stamped "MADE IN CHINA" on the back plus the overall design tells me that Jonsbo is the OEM.
