Hey guys :) Today I'm showing you what I'll be bringing on my journey for 1 year. Trying to keep it as minimal as possible. Two things I forgot to add in the video is a First aid Kit and my wallet.
Thank you all for clicking on this video and don't forget to subscribe!!

Take your Nike instead of Toms. Hiking with Toms can be slippery. And Nike will give you better support.

Nike makes thousands of shoes buddy Like 65 % of them offer little or no cushion. He should look for a well cushioned Nike though, you are correct about that.

Instead of multiple plastic sporks, look into a titanium one. It will last forever and metal is better for the environment anyhow. Plus I'd guess one titanium spork would be cheaper than several plastic ones.

Hanging out with a whole bunch of guys, I see. Anyway, I may have different views, but I'm always impressed by people that can survive on a 40 or 50 liter's worth stuff! I tried a 55l, and learned minimalism isn't for me. But, it's cool to see that it works for some people.

I never washed myself with soaps or anything for a couple years and it didn't affect my health or odour but it did give me acne, I recently started using bars of soap to wash my face and body and my acne has been vanishing quickly. So obviously soap isn't needed but for me to keep away acne it certainly is as of now. Just my 2 cents

alex rainflake actually to comment back ahaha my acne came back with soap so the soap didn't do anything but I think it may have made it worse not sure

Buffs rock! It'd be nice if there were a size between junior and adult since those with small heads have a tight headband fit with the junior, and a way too loose fit with the adult.

Those sporks are a little flimsy, try Humangear if you haven't yet. You can find a 3 pack on Amazon for $11. They have a raised molding from one end to the other that makes the spork rigid yet light weight.
